Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Identify and attract high-quality advisers to establish a robust advisory base.
– Constantly provide training on products, business procedures, and sales methods.
– Assist advisers with lead creation, prospecting, and company development.
– Ensure that advisers give appropriate financial solutions to customers based on requirements analysis, while complying to relevant business processes and norms.
– Meet monthly business targets for new business development and agency advisor recruiting.
– Ensure that sales generated by the advisor team adhere to all company quality criteria.
– Act as the principal point of contact for clients, authenticating and validating their concerns with relevant authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
– At least one year of sales experience in any business.
– Education level: graduate.
– Age: between 22 and 38 years.
– Excellent communication skills as well as strong sales abilities.
