Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and growing a network of insurance agents within a specific geographic area.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, educate, and mentor insurance agents to achieve sales goals.
- Encourage and motivate agents to reach their full potential.
- Evaluate agents’ performance on a regular basis and offer criticism.
- Work together with other departments to guarantee efficient operations and agent support.
- Recognize and seize fresh business prospects in the designated region.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Must be local.
