Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

– Work with marketing teams to create and implement integrated programs that increase lead generation and brand exposure.

– Collaborate with the product and service teams to ensure that client requirements and deliverables are aligned.

– Work with the customer service and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

– Create and present thorough sales reports and predictions to top management, emphasising important successes and areas for improvement.

– Use data-driven insights to create strategic recommendations and changes to sales techniques.

– Stay current on industry innovations, upcoming technology, and market trends to preserve a competitive advantage.

– Encourage innovation in the sales development function by investigating new tools, approaches, and methodologies.

Candidate Requirements:

– One or more years of experience in any sales industry.

– Education: Graduate.

– Age: Between 21 to 38 years
