Roles and Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
– Work closely with other departments, including product development and customer service, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Candidate Requirement:
1+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 21 to 38 years
Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
