Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales team needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.

Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

Candidate Requirements :

– Education : Any graduate is qualified.

– Age range : 21 to 38 years old.

– Capable CTC of 4.00 lpa

– Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
