Job Description
The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand our agency network. The role involves enhancing agency performance, ensuring agent productivity, and nurturing positive relationships with agents.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Provide training and development to enhance agent sales and performance.
- Set and track performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and address any issues.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be a local resident.
