Agency Development Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Agency Development Manager to help us grow by finding new clients and managing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

·  Identify and recruit new agencies.

·  Guide them through the onboarding process.

·  Maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

·  Address their needs and solve issues.

·  Prepare reports on agency performance.

·  Keep accurate records of interactions and results.

Requirement:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         1-4 years of sales experience.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
