Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

-Assist customers with account-related queries, product information, and transactions.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

-Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

-Support the implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

-Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service delivery.

Candidate Requirement:

-Education: Any Graduate

-Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
