Job Description

We are looking for an Agency Development Manager to enhance our agency network by recruiting, training, and developing agents. This role is vital in ensuring our agents are knowledgeable and motivated to sell our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new agents to the agency network.
• Design and implement training programs to improve agent performance.
• Monitor agent productivity and provide coaching and support.
• Develop incentive programs to motivate agents.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in sales
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree
