Agency Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an agency development manager to enhance our agency network by recruiting, training, and developing agents, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated to sell our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Design and implement training programs.
• Monitor agent productivity and provide coaching.
• Develop incentive programs to motivate agents.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
