Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation.
-Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key agencies in the target market.
-Negotiate and close deals with agencies, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
-Provide agencies with the necessary training, support, and resources to successfully sell our products.
-Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and value proposition.
-Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to agencies and clients.
-Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
-Develop and implement sales improvement plans to drive growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with agency contacts and clients.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirement:
-Education: Any Graduate.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
