Role Purpose:
The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive sales growth and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Build and maintain a strong team of insurance advisors.
- Training: Provide ongoing training to enhance advisor performance.
- Sales Management: Set targets, monitor performance, and support advisors in achieving goals.
- Business Growth: Develop strategies to expand agency productivity and market reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business marketing or sales Related field
- 2+ years in core sales or marketing or business development experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on results.
