key Responsibilities:

-Set and monitor sales targets for the team.

-Analyse sales data to discover trends and possibilities.

-Develop and put into effect sales tactics that will maximise revenue growth.

-Maintain regular sales reports and predictions for management.

-Ensure that the team has a thorough understanding of what we provide.

-Provide product training and knowledge-sharing meetings.

-Keep up to date with industry developments and competition.

Candidate requirements :

– 1+ experience in field sales and marketing

– Any graduate or post graduate

– Any local candidates.

– Age : 21 – 38 years.

– Maximum CTC : 4.00 LPA.
