- Lead and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets
- Drive business growth through strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Must own a bike for travel
- 2+ years in field sales & marketing
- Bachelor’s degree.
