Compensation: – 3.30 LPA to – 3.80 LPA + Performance-linked Incentives

Job Description :

– Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.

– Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.

– Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to improve team performance.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.

– Track team progress, analyze performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications :

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance.

– Proven leadership and team management skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

– Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.

– age – 21-38
