Job Description

Role :

– Should recruit Sales Advisors(Agents), build a high-performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies.

– You will accompany the team on pre and post – sales such as claim settlement.

– Distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors.

– Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.

– After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.

Candidate prerequisite :

– A bachelor’s degree or graduation from any field is required.

– Experience : Two to three years or more, exclusively in insurance sales

– Age range : 25 to 38.
