Roles & Responsibility :

–  Candidate needs to hire agents under their team and make sure that the agent will work for Insurance.

–  Team Handling

–  Hire, Recruit & Train Sales Team

–  Life Insurance Sales

Required Candidate profile :

–  Candidates with a minimum 1+Years Exp. in Field Sales & Marketing

–  Age should not be more than 38 year

–  Two-wheelers are mandatory

–  Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

–  candidate must have knowledge of the local market

–  Graduation is mandatory
