Roles and Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement a sales plan for the partner to meet the business objectives of the sales unit. Lead, inspire, and mentor your partner.

– Recruit, screen, and train new agents.

– Analyze performance and create action plans.

– Build strong relationships with staff and clients.

– Lead a team of advisors.

– Motivate advisors to achieve their targets.

– Provide training and guidance to the team.

Qualifications and Skills :

– 2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.

– Minimum qualification- Graduation required.

– Age between 21 to 38 Years.

– Must be local candidates
