We are seeking for the Agency Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and performance of agency partners by implementing strategic plans, providing training and support, and fostering strong relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Develop business plans with agencies to meet sales and revenue goals.
Monitor agency performance against targets and key performance indicators.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
Conduct training sessions on products, services, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Prepare and submit regular reports on agency performance and market trends.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :-

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, agency development, or business management, preferably in [insurance/financial services/marketing].
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable plans.
Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
