In the role of hiring, educating, and supervising insurance agents so as to meet sales goals. creates effective sales plans, cultivates strong relationships, and makes sure agents follow rules.
Responsibilities:
– Create and implement sales strategy to meet goals.
– Establish trusting bonds with agents and important stakeholders.
– Keep an eye on and mentor agents to meet both individual and group sales targets.
– To improve engagement and retention, respond to agents’ concerns and offer solutions.
Requirements:
– Minimum of two to five years of work in agency management, business development, or sales
( ideally in a finance or insurance industry. )
– Knowledge regarding insurance services and products.
– Knowledge of agent hiring tactics and sales cycles.
