Position: Agency Development Manager

A Client Relationship Manager is responsible for finding new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating strategies to boost growth, increase sales, and explore new markets.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales or marketing

Age: 21-38 years

Key Responsibilities:

• To grow the firm, find new customers and markets.

• Close and negotiate agreements with partners and clients.

• To assist business growth, collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams.

• Assure a seamless onboarding procedure for new customers and establish enduring connections.

Skills Needed:

• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities to forge connections and seal agreements.

• An understanding of sales strategies to boost income and sales.

• The capacity to identify new company prospects by comprehending consumer demands and market trends.
