Job Description

Agency Development Manager

The Agency Development Manager is responsible for driving sales through a network of independent agents or agency partners.

KEY ROLES:

  • Identify and recruit potential agents to build a high-performing sales network.
  • Set clear sales targets for agents to drive performance and ensure they meet or exceed sales expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with agents to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials to increase sales.
  • Ensure that agents comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Local preferable
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

 

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Sales-driven with a strong focus on results.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate agents.
