Agency Development Manager : We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of insurance agents within our organization.

LOCATION : MEDINIPUR

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.2-0 LPA 

Responsibility:

# managing insurance agent hiring and onboarding in order to expand our agency network
#Make workable plans to meet your recruiting and sales goals.
# Ensure legal compliance and provide satisfied consumers top priority while providing agents with ongoing support through coaching, training, and performance management.
Requirement :
#It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree.
# Demonstrated expertise in agency growth or sales management for the life insurance sector.
#Attributes and the ability to communicate effectively.
# Develop a critical thinking approach focused on achieving preset objectives.
#Living in the local area is required.
