Role: Agency Development Manager
Objective : Manage and develop a sales force, spot new business prospects, and support corporate growth. Finding new business possibilities and creating plans to expand the company are the responsibilities of a business development .
Key Responsibilities :
• Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
• Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
• Find possible customers in such markets.
Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
• Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
• A graduate degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of field sales and marketing experience.
• Between the ages of 21 and 38.
• Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and lead a group.
Strong communication abilities.
