Position Overview: 
To join our Agency Channel in the insurance industry, we are seeking a motivated and passionate  Sales Agency Development Manager The ideal applicant will be in charge of managing connections with agents and clients in the field as well as bringing in new business.

Key Responsibility: 
To reach individual and team sales goals, market and sell a variety of insurance products, such as health, life, and others.
Work together with agents to comprehend client requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Assure a high degree of consumer satisfaction by giving precise information, resolving issues, and promptly attending to any client concerns.

Desired candidate profile:  
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
