Agency Development Manager

Support and develop agency partners in the life insurance sector by facilitating recruitment, training, and performance management to drive growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: 

–  Help recruit new agents and manage their onboarding.
–  Conduct and support training programs for agents.
–  Monitor and enhance agent performance.
–  Build strong relationships with agency partners.
–  Assist in implementing growth strategies and analyzing market trends.

Requirements 

–  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
– Experience: 2-3 years in sales or agency management, preferably in life insurance.
–  Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
–  Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
