Agency Development Manager
Support and develop agency partners in the life insurance sector by facilitating recruitment, training, and performance management to drive growth and productivity.
Location : Dimapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Help recruit new agents and manage their onboarding.
- Conduct and support training programs for agents.
- Monitor and enhance agent performance.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners.
- Assist in implementing growth strategies and analyzing market trends
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or agency management, preferably in life insurance.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
- Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred
