We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to lead the recruitment, training, and growth of insurance agents within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the recruitment and training efforts to expand our network of insurance agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and performance management support to agents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while prioritizing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in agency development or sales management, particularly in the life insurance industry.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving set goals.
• Must reside in the local area.
