Job Description
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for expanding and developing a team of sales agents or advisors to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential agents/advisors.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs.
- Provide regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Develop skill enhancement programs to improve agent performance.
- Conduct workshops, mentoring sessions, and refresher courses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Strong leadership
