• Plan and organize the regulatory trainings.
• Manage choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Agency partners.
• A monthly goal-setting exercise that considers income.
• Joint fieldwork to locate insurance policies with Agency partners and advisors.
• Promote business issuances and submissions.
• Lead Generation, Business Target Driven.
• Assure that the Self Sourcing Targets are met.
• Daily tracking of business reporting, MIS on sales calls, lead utilization, and conversion.
