Job Summary:
The Agency Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing a team of advisors, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and guide a team of financial advisors to meet targets.
- Develop strategies to drive sales and improve market penetration.
- Monitor agent performance and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects.
- Support agents with sales tools and targeted customer approaches.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong business relationships.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing.
- 3+ years in Native or residential.
- Strong ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
