Job Summary:
The Agency Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing a team of advisors, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and guide a team of financial advisors to meet targets.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales and improve market penetration.
  • Monitor agent performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business prospects.
  • Support agents with sales tools and targeted customer approaches.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong business relationships.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing.
  • 3+ years in Native or residential.
  • Strong ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
