 Job Summary 

We’re looking for an Agency Development Manager to drive growth and productivity of our agency network. You’ll design development programs and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities: 
⦁ Create and implement agency development plans
⦁ Conduct training workshops and skill-building sessions
⦁ Mentor high-potential agents and sales leaders
⦁ Track development outcomes and ROI
⦁ Collaborate with product and training teams
⦁ Ensure development programs meet compliance

Requirements: 
Experience in agency development within insurance
Age Criteria: 21-40
Must be a Local Candidate
Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
