An Agency Development Manager is a core sales role in the insurance industry, responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to generate business. The ADM plays a vital part in expanding the agency network and ensuring that agents are productive and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential insurance agents/advisors.
- Guide agents on prospecting, client management, and closing sales.
- Maintain a strong relationship with active agents.
- Help agents achieve their monthly and annual targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
