Job Summary:
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to drive business growth through the agency channel. The role involves achieving sales targets by developing a high-performing team of agents, providing ongoing support and mentorship, and ensuring high levels of agent productivity and compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit suitable individuals as insurance agents.
- Guide team through onboarding and initial training programs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance understanding.
- Mentor team to build confidence and capability in field sales.
- Drive insurance sales through agent productivity.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
