Role Summary:
We are looking for an Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and lead a strong team of life insurance agents. Your focus will be on growing the agency network, driving sales, and ensuring target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
• Train, motivate, and manage the agency team
• Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with IRDAI rules

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years experience in insurance sales or agency management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must Be a Local Candidate
