We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can join immediately. The role focuses on leading sales efforts, handling a team, and driving business growth through banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities :

– Manage the sales staff effectively to meet sales goals and achieve growth.

– Employing, educating, and counseling a group of sales representatives

– Hiring possible leaders and financial advisors

– Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

– Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures.

– Working in the field to contact as many customers as possible.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing

– Two Wheeler Required

– Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile.
