Job Summary: 
Join our growing team as an Agency Development Manager in Kolkata. This field-based sales role involves building a network of life insurance advisors, supporting them in driving business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Hire, train, and manage insurance advisors
– Guide advisors in achieving sales goals
– Conduct daily field meetings and sales drives
– Ensure policy documentation and compliance
– Monitor and report advisor performance

Eligibility Criteria: 
– Graduation is required
– Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales (insurance preferred)
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Familiarity with Kolkata’s market and customer base
