Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team at organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors/consultants to drive business growth.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market penetration.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry regulations to drive sales effectively.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and timely submission of reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sales.
