We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Agency Development Manager to help us build up our business activity

Responsibilities :

·        Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·        Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representative

·        Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders

·        Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

·        Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

·         On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

·        Qualification: Graduate

·        Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing

·        Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years

·        Two Wheeler Required
