Responsibilities :

– Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.

– Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

– Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the agency’s client base.

– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

– Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements :

– Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

– Experience : Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
