Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard quality Life Insurance Advisors

• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve targets

• Drive sales through advisor activation and joint field work

• Ensure consistency in business quality and policy issuance

• Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity

• Maintain compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–6 years experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel preferred

• Strong people management and sales orientation

• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop advisor network
