Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit and onboard Life Advisors in your assigned area.
– Train, motivate and coach agents to improve sales performance.
– Support advisors with field work and sales guidance.
– Help agents meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
– Maintain reporting & activity logs.
Qualification:
– Graduates (any discipline).
– Preferably with sales/insurance/BFSI experience.
– Good communication & local market knowledge.
