Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents
Drive field activities and support sales closures
Track agent performance and meet monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation required
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Strong team-building and communication skills
