Job Description
As an agency development manager, you’ll recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a high-performing sales team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to agents.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Must be local.
