Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
Train and motivate agency team to achieve targets
Monitor and support agent performance
Develop strategies to expand agency network
Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
Report sales progress to senior management

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2–4 years experience in insurance agency or sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
