Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven agency development manager to build and lead a team of insurance agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the development, training, and management of agency partners, ensuring business growth and excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and support agents in achieving them.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Drive business growth through effective channel management.
- Implement company sales strategies within the agency team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector.
- Proven experience in team handling or agency development is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
