Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agency Development Manager to build, develop, and manage a strong agency network for our insurance products. The role focuses on recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of agency partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand market reach
- Train and mentor agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
- Monitor agency performance and implement improvement plans
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years experience in insurance agency development or sales management
- Proven track record of building and managing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, especially life insurance
- Result-oriented with ability to work independently
