Job Summary:
We are hiring an agency development manager for life insurance sales. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance agents.
• Drive sales through agents to meet business targets.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and performance tracking of the agency team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Organise sales activities and ensure smooth onboarding of new agents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or insurance experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
