Job Summary:
We are hiring an agency development manager for life insurance sales. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance agents.
- Drive sales through agents to meet business targets.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and performance tracking of the agency team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Organise sales activities and ensure smooth onboarding of new agents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or insurance experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
