Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Development Manager to lead agency recruitment and drive life insurance sales. The role focuses on building a strong network of agents, supporting them to achieve sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage life insurance agents.
• Achieve sales targets through agency channels.
• Train and motivate agents for higher productivity.
• Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (life insurance experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
