Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Development Manager to lead agency recruitment and drive life insurance sales. The role focuses on building a strong network of agents, supporting them to achieve sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage life insurance agents.
- Achieve sales targets through agency channels.
- Train and motivate agents for higher productivity.
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (life insurance experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
