Job Role:

Recruit and manage Insurance Advisors.
Support advisors in achieving their sales targets.
Guide and train advisors to improve sales performance.
Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Achieve sales and recruitment targets set by the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
